We renovated this Roncy semi’s main floor and basement, extending the original footprint to the rear. We made great use of the narrow layout by adding a full wall to wall and floor to ceiling glass wall on the addition, along with skylights. This project was completed on schedule, under budget, has been nominated for a BILD award.
