#AHFHHepbourne – Contemporary Semi in Bloorcourt Village
AHFHHepbourne was a thoughtfully scoped renovation for a young family, designed to improve livability in the short term while supporting their longer-term transition to a larger custom home project. The work focused on a strategic refresh of key interior and exterior spaces, including a redesigned kitchen with new cabinetry, Jennair appliances, and finishes, updated flooring and paint throughout, improvements to basement functionality, and targeted exterior upgrades such as new siding, doors, and a rear deck. The approach balanced design ambition with cost sensitivity, prioritizing high-impact elements while allowing flexibility to adjust finishes and details to stay aligned with budget goals.
Delivered through Alair’s collaborative planning and cost-plus model, the project was executed with a strong emphasis on transparency, phased decision-making, and efficient coordination across trades. The result is a cohesive, updated home that blends practical improvements with elevated design touches—creating a comfortable, functional space for the homeowners today while positioning the property well for future resale.
