Our clients bought a double lot in the Briarwood neighborhood and knew they could build a dream home there. This 5300 square foot custom home nestled in the Bluffview area of Dallas, TX. The couple wanted clean lines and a transitional look that would be timeless, so architect, Bob Anderson, was brought in to draw up the plans and ensure the house fit on the ground just right. The downstairs is bright and spacious with sliding doors to the backyard bringing the outside in. Miele and Subzero appliances line the kitchen, framed by full overlay clear alder slab front cabinets. They love art and created blank spaces to feature their wall art throughout. They wanted a 500+ gallon saltwater aquarium as one of the center pieces in their living room. Outside, a large entertainment patio was built and can be used year-round with patio heaters.
