About the Project Manager Role at Alair Homes Des Moines
We’re looking for a full time, dynamic Project Manager to join our growing team. The majority of our projects are within a 45-60-minute drive of the Greater Des Moines Area. You’ll be working directly with clients, architects, designers, trades and vendors, to fully develop and construct amazing custom homes and renovations using our proven award-winning process. Our Project Managers report a high level of satisfaction from the autonomy given to them as they lead, manage and hold accountable all aspects of their client’s projects from start to finish.
Alair Homes Project Manager Responsibilities
- Collaborate in planning the project with clients, architects, designers, trade partners and vendors.
- Lead, manage and hold accountable clients, trade partners, vendors, architects and designers from planning through warranty process.
- Produce, collect and manage scopes of work and quotes from trade partners and vendors to ensure quality control, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of safe and desirable projects.
- Collect, manage and enforce subcontractor and vendor agreements, proof of insurance and safety program compliance.
- Obtain and collect building permits and engineering approvals.
- Create and manage construction schedules to deliver projects on time.
- Manage projects sites through quality control site visits and project binder documentation.
- Facilitate weekly client meetings.
- Attend weekly progress meetings with Alair Partner/Owner.
- Monitor project budgets and review with clients.
- Manage conflict resolution.
- Responsible for creating raving fans.
