This modern waterfront home shows that luxury and livability can go hand in hand in the Lowcountry. Set on deep water along the Stono River, the design reflects our client’s vision for a clean, modern coastal retreat. Inside, slatted entry walls with hidden flush doors, recessed shades and screens, and white oak paneling bring a mix of texture and precision to every room.

Out back, an elevated pool, poolhouse, and private dock extend living to the outdoors. It’s a space designed for gathering, relaxing, and enjoying the best of Charleston’s riverside life.
