Elevated to take in sweeping creek views, the home opens through oversized sliding glass doors to an infinity pool that connects seamlessly with the main living space.

Inside, each feature was chosen with purpose. A glass wine room tucked beneath the stairs, custom brass hanging shelves above the bar, and a waterfall countertop bring character and craftsmanship to the design. Shiplap walls, a detailed stair tower, and a wood-accented primary ceiling add warmth, while built-in dual bunk beds make room for visiting grandchildren.

Outside, the low-maintenance exterior, crafted from NuCedar shake and Boral TruExterior siding, is designed to last. A mahogany outdoor kitchen and grill area overlook the pool and creek, creating a perfect setting for gathering or quiet evenings by the water. Elegant, enduring, and unmistakably Charleston.
