Alair Bonita Springs Returns from the 2026 Alair Conference Inspired for the Year Ahead

The 2026 Alair Conference in Montreal brought together Alair partners and team members from across North America for a week focused on leadership, collaboration, and celebrating the continued growth of the Alair network. For Alair Bonita Springs partners Barry VanWye and Kyle VanWye, the conference was not only an opportunity to connect with fellow industry leaders, but also a meaningful milestone for the growing VanWye family presence within Alair Homes.

This year marked the first Alair Conference for Cory VanWye, Barry’s son and Alair Homes’ newest team member, as he officially joined the company and experienced the network’s culture firsthand. Beyond simply attending conference sessions and events, the week served as Cory’s introduction to the broader Alair family, giving him the opportunity to meet partners, team members, and leaders from across the organization for the very first time.
