Brandon Bryant is the President and Partner of Alair Homes–Red Tree, a boutique homebuilding firm based in Asheville known for its sustainable luxury mountain homes. A Master Certified Green Professional, Brandon leads with a “rebel luxury” mindset – challenging convention to build homes that are performance-driven, climate-responsive, and enduring. Under his leadership, the firm has earned national accolades, including four consecutive U.S. DOE Housing Innovation Awards, Best in American Living Awards (BALA) recognition, and Green Builder Media’s Green Home of the Year. Brandon is a six-time speaker at the International Builders’ Show, a past president of the NC Home Builders Association, and an advocate for workforce development and environmental stewardship in the industry. 

Ashley Kepley-Steward is the Operations Manager at Alair Asheville | Red Tree, where she leads with clarity, care, and a passion for sustainable building. Starting as an intern just six years ago, she now oversees daily operations for a company that has grown into a $10 million enterprise. 

Known for her calm leadership and technical expertise, Ashley was named one of Pro Builder’s Forty Under 40 in 2025. She’s a strong advocate for innovation, hospitality, and women in construction. 
Outside of work, you’ll find her running races, tackling Spartan events, or enjoying the mountains with her wife and their three dogs. 

As Director of Client Experience, Jessica Stigall is the steady hand guiding clients and teams through the building process with clarity, care, and calm. A natural at “chaos management,” she thrives behind the scenes – streamlining operations, solving problems before they surface, and making the complex feel seamless. When she’s not keeping projects on track, she’s staying active with triathlons, obstacle races, and her two high-energy pups, Riley and Cooper. 

Gina Taterus brings 22+ years of interior design experience to her role as Lead Interior Designer at RT Design, Red Tree Builders’ in-house studio. NCIDQ certified and licensed in NC and FL, she combines technical skill with creative vision to guide homeowners through thoughtful, lasting design decisions. 

Her award-winning work balances bold materials with timeless functionality.  
Off the clock, she’s traveling, baking, reading, or renovating her own home with her husband, two kids, and a house full of pets. 

Kristy Kepley-Steward is the Director of Communications at Alair Asheville | Red Tree, with over 13 years of experience in brand storytelling, digital strategy, and content creation. A former journalist, she brings clarity, creativity, and purpose to every message – ensuring the Red Tree voice connects with clients and community alike. 

Outside of work, Kristy is a soccer fan, part-time contributor for Asheville City SC, and avid explorer – often camping, hiking, or traveling with her wife and their three dogs. 

With 22+ years in construction, Taylor Bennett brings deep technical knowledge and hands-on leadership to his role as Production Manager. A Certified Green Professional and NAHB Accredited Builder, he ensures every build runs smoothly, combining high standards with practical problem-solving. Taylor oversees all aspects of production at Alair Asheville | Red Tree, coordinating trades and teams to deliver precise, high-performance homes. 

Outside the jobsite, Taylor enjoys mountain biking, kayaking, rock climbing, skiing, and exploring the Blue Ridge Mountains with his kids. 

With over 12 years in the construction industry, Ross Davis combines technical expertise, strong communication, and a solutions-focused approach in his role as Project Manager at Alair Asheville | Red Tree. OSHA 10–certified, he prioritizes safety and quality while ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. Outside of work, Ross enjoys spending time with his family, following sports, and riding his motorcycle. 

With over 25 years in the construction industry, Kevin Bishop brings extensive hands-on experience and craftsmanship to every project. A licensed North Carolina General Contractor with a carpentry background, he’s known for his attention to detail and steady leadership on the jobsite. Since joining Red Tree Builders – Alair Asheville in 2023, Kevin has been a trusted team member dedicated to quality and collaboration. Outside of work, he enjoys dirt biking and spending time with his wife and their three dogs. 

With 12 years in the building industry, Rod Fisher brings a strong foundation in finished carpentry and hands-on craftsmanship to his role as Site Superintendent for Alair Asheville | Red Tree. He began his career in Tryon, NC building horse farms and has since developed expertise across drywall, tile, flooring, trim, and more. 

Since joining the team in 2024, Rod has quickly become a reliable on-site leader who aligns with Red Tree’s commitment to high-performance, thoughtful building. When he’s not on the job, you’ll find him golfing, biking, hiking, working on woodworking projects, or spending time with his pups.
