The modern custom cottage design includes two covered porches, perfect for enjoying the quiet cul-de-sac. Features such as a first-floor primary suite, a dedicated home office, a spacious mudroom, and a separate walk-in pantry enhance both the efficiency and livability of this home.

On the second floor, there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a large Jack-and-Jill bathroom shared between two of the bedrooms. An expansive loft space with vaulted ceilings adds an extra touch of charm to this house.
