Jeff Cramer’s passion for construction began at a young age, working alongside his family in Illinois. After college, he excelled in sales at his family’s home improvement company and eventually realized his dream of running his own construction business in central Illinois for almost 17 years.

In 2020, Jeff and his family relocated to southwest Florida, where he has continued to build homes in the region’s thriving residential construction market. As a partner of Alair North Naples, he combines the passion from his early construction memories with his successful experience in delivering quality homes.

Barry VanWye, a seasoned professional with 35 years of experience, found his calling in the construction industry through his family’s Northeast Ohio business. Beginning as a job superintendent, he oversaw 40+ new home and renovation projects.

Barry’s expertise spans project initiation to completion, earning a reputation for trusted, quality-driven service. Known for delivering luxury homes on time and often under budget, Barry excels as a vital intermediary among project managers, market partners, and homeowners. His core values of teamwork and persistence underpin his dedicated approach to home construction. With a foundation in family legacy and a career defined by excellence, Barry VanWye is your go-to expert in home construction.

After proudly serving in the U.S. Navy, Kyle VanWye returned home with a strong sense of discipline, teamwork, and service—values that continue to guide his work today. He went on to earn his residential construction license, bringing both technical expertise and a fresh perspective to the family business. Now a Partner at Alair Bonita Springs alongside his father Barry, Kyle is dedicated to building exceptional homes and lasting client relationships in Southwest Florida.

Chris Gebus discovered his passion for construction straight out of high school, enrolling at Florida Southwestern State and later transferring to Florida Gulf Coast University, where he earned a degree in Construction Management. During his internship at Alair Homes Bonita Springs, Chris was drawn to the company’s approach to custom home building, working closely with clients and projects that offered valuable learning opportunities.

Since joining Alair, Chris has built strong relationships with the Alair family and quickly earned a promotion to Project Manager. His dedication to both personal and professional growth reflects his commitment to delivering exceptional results. Currently studying for his Building Contractors License, Chris is eager to continue advancing his career with Alair Homes.
