Roman joined Alair Homes after working as a Project Manager for numerous large scale construction and restoration projects as well as building luxury houses in Burnaby for the last 20 years. He is alway up for a challenge and works well under the pressure in a fast-paced environment. Roman comes from a diverse and multicultural background, that shaped his personal skills and is probably the determining factor in why he likes to travel and meet new people. The ability to listen and put himself in the client’s shoes helps Roman to meet and exceed clients’ expectations.
