Glen Harris III

Partner / Regional Partner

From a young age, I developed a genuine appreciation for craftsmanship, which inspired me to pursue a degree at the University of Florida, where I graduated in 2003. I started my career in the local custom residential market, gaining valuable experience with a local builder for six years before taking a leap and starting my own company, GH3 Enterprises, LLC, in 2009.

In 2016, I had the opportunity to partner with Alair, which allowed me to rebrand GH3 Enterprises as Alair Sanibel. This partnership opened doors for growth, and a year later, I stepped into the role of Regional Partner for Southwest Florida. Since then, our team has expanded, with offices now serving communities in Old Naples, North Naples, Bonita Springs, Fort Myers/Sanibel, South Tampa, and Casey Key.

Kevin Scott

Partner

With more than two decades of experience spanning high-end glasswork, custom homebuilding, and large-scale production projects, I bring a diverse skill set and an unwavering commitment to craftsmanship to every home we create. My career began 23 years ago in my father-in-law’s luxury glass shop, where I developed a meticulous eye for detail and quality. From there, I advanced through key roles as estimator and superintendent for a semi-custom builder and gained invaluable insight working with one of the nation’s largest production home companies.

In 2018, I joined Alair Sanibel as General Manager and soon earned the opportunity to become a Partner. Today, I am proud to help lead and collaborate across four Alair offices in Southwest Florida, where our teams deliver custom homes and transformative renovations defined by clear communication, transparent processes, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.

Mark Gilbert

Partner

I started with Alair in 2023, but my background in construction goes back much further. I spent about 15 years in bridge and residential construction before transitioning to the medical software industry, where I eventually became VP of a consulting firm. When the software industry slowed down, I returned to residential construction because it’s always booming in SWFL. I love the variety of projects I get to work on, and the Alair team has been a great fit. Our clients are fantastic, and the team is filled with knowledgeable, experienced people who make every project a success.

Shelly Lucas

Director of Finance

I joined Alair Homes Sanibel in June 2021 as Office Manager, and now I serve as Director of Finance. After Hurricane Ian impacted the area in 2022, we experienced a significant increase in projects, and our team grew quickly. It was a challenging time, but it gave me the chance to grow alongside the company and support our expanding needs. What I appreciate most about Alair is the focus on relationships—there’s a strong culture of trust, collaboration, and respect that includes our clients, subcontractors, and team members.

Alex Martenson

Director of Client Services

I joined Alair in 2024 after a decade in business development, where I learned that trust and strong relationships are the foundation of every successful project. I’d long admired Alair’s clear communication and client-first service, so joining the team felt like a natural step. Now, I’m blessed to work alongside talented colleagues and guide clients through building and renovating custom homes in Southwest Florida—an incredible, resilient community I’m proud to call home.

Brad McIntyre

Production Manager

I joined Alair Sanibel in March 2023 as a Project Manager and stepped into the Production Manager role in April 2025. I’m all about making sure projects run smoothly and that our clients feel confident and happy every step of the way. I like to get my hands dirty when needed, I practice and preach proactivity versus reactivity and constantly find ways to grow personally and professionally.

Danielle McCormick

Administrative Assistant

I joined Alair Sanibel back in November 2022. Before that, I was in the marina and boating world, but when Hurricane Ian hit, I lost my job. It was tough, but it also gave me a chance to start fresh with Alair. I really enjoy being part of a team that’s so dedicated to making clients’ dream homes a reality—it’s such a great feeling to see a project come together from start to finish.

Zachariah McBane

Project Manager

I joined Alair in 2022, but my love for construction started way before that, building projects like an over-the-top chicken coop and a greenhouse with my father-in-law, who was a General Contractor. After moving from Upstate New York to Southwest Florida, I worked with a small crew on Sanibel Island, tackling home renovations. My dad knew Glen Harris and Kevin Scott, always raving about their work, so when I got the chance to join Alair, I didn’t hesitate. I love turning clients’ dreams into reality and being part of a team that truly supports each other while building something amazing.

Nicolai Atkinson

Project Manager

I joined Alair in January 2025, but I’ve been building things long before that. My interest in construction started with a family business, where I somehow became the go-to handyman—definitely not what I was hired for, but I found I enjoyed it. After we sold the business, I jumped into construction full-time, starting as a laborer and working my way up. When Hurricane Ian hit, I found myself leading crews for cleanup and rebuilding, which is when I first crossed paths with the Alair team as a subcontractor. Eventually, I made the jump to join full-time. What I love most about Alair is the culture—it’s all about teamwork, trust, and pushing for excellence. I get to work with a group of young, driven professionals who care about doing great work, and that’s what keeps me motivated.

Brent Nachbur

Project Coordinator

I joined Alair in November 2022 and enjoy working on larger projects. I take pride in delivering quality finishes. Moving into construction felt like a natural step, especially after Hurricane Ian created a lot of work in the area. Before that, I worked in music event promotions and talent management, and also managed an insurance office. What I appreciate most at Alair is the teamwork and the focus on building strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.

Grant Nachbur

Project Coordinator

I joined Alair Sanibel in July 2023. I got my start on a framing crew in Denver, mostly working on garages and basements. Construction became a way for me to learn the craft and understand how homes really come together—something I didn’t have much chance to explore growing up. Over time, my growing experience and desire to work directly with clients led me to join the Alair team. What motivates me most is seeing all the hard work of coordinating teams come together and watching the joy on a client’s face. The team here feels like family—everyone works great together and is always ready to support and share advice when challenges come up on the job.
