However, her roots called her back, and armed with a CPA designation from PwC, she found her stride in the construction industry.

The legacy of her late husband, Jamie, a founding figure of Alair, continues to shape Monica’s path. Together, they shared a vision of empowering builders towards success, a vision she now ardently champions.

Graeme’s journey is defined by dedication, teamwork, and a passion for excellence. With history as a CFL football player and a proud recipient of the 2013 Grey Cup, he embodies the spirit of collaboration and achievement. Transitioning from the world of sports to business, Graeme found a natural fit within the Alair Edmonton team. He excels in inspiring those around him to strive for nothing short of greatness. His commitment to excellence is unwavering, driving him to continually raise the bar for his clients and projects.

Graeme always had a strong interest in real estate investment and property management. This passion ultimately led him to immerse himself in the realm of building and renovating homes, where he discovered a new avenue for channeling his drive and creativity.

Based in Edmonton, Alberta, Tristan Cameron brings over 20 years of construction expertise to his role as Project Manager at Alair Homes. A Red Seal carpenter by trade, Tristan built his foundation running his own company before moving into project management and leadership roles across the residential construction industry.

For the past five years at Alair, Tristan has combined his technical background with continued growth in project management. While he continues to practice carpentry, his focus is now on guiding teams, managing projects, fostering craftsmanship, and ensuring every project meets the highest standards of quality and precision.

His rare blend of hands-on experience and project leadership makes him an invaluable member of the team. Drive, commitment, and management talent set him apart in an industry where this level of expertise is hard to find.

Dedicated to continuous growth, Tristan is also pursuing an architecture degree through Athabasca University, bridging design and construction in a way few PMs can. His ability to see projects from both angles, practical execution and architectural vision, brings unmatched value to clients and colleagues alike.
