Jeff Cramer

Jeff Cramer’s passion for construction began at a young age, working alongside his family in Illinois. After college, he excelled in sales at his family’s home improvement company and eventually realized his dream of running his own construction business in central Illinois for almost 17 years.

In 2020, Jeff and his family relocated to southwest Florida, where he has continued to build homes in the region’s thriving residential construction market. Today, he brings that same passion and long-standing expertise to his role as a partner in both Alair North Naples and Alair Marco Island, serving clients across the region with the quality and care that has defined his career.

Barry VanWye

Barry VanWye, a seasoned professional with 35 years of experience, found his calling in the construction industry through his family’s Northeast Ohio business. Beginning as a job superintendent, he oversaw 40+ new home and renovation projects.

Barry’s expertise spans project initiation to completion, earning a reputation for trusted, quality-driven service. Known for delivering luxury homes on time and often under budget, Barry excels as a vital intermediary among project managers, market partners, and homeowners. His core values of teamwork and persistence underpin his dedicated approach to home construction. With a foundation in family legacy and a career defined by excellence, Barry VanWye is your go-to expert in home construction.

Kyle VanWye

After proudly serving in the U.S. Navy, Kyle VanWye returned home with a strong sense of discipline, teamwork, and service—values that continue to guide his work today. He went on to earn his residential construction license, bringing both technical expertise and a fresh perspective to the family business. Now a Partner at both Alair Bonita Springs and Alair Marco Island alongside his father Barry, Kyle is dedicated to building exceptional homes and lasting client relationships throughout Southwest Florida.
