Chris Klaassen
Partner
Chris Klaassen has worked in the construction industry since 1995, working as a carpenter, crew foreman, construction site superintendent, project estimator, and project manager. In 2003, together with Joyce, he founded Jomi Construction Ltd, a medium size general contracting firm based out of Chilliwack, BC, then joined Alair Homes as a Franchise Partner in 2016. He has a reputation for being easy to work with, yet firm with schedules and quality. His direct and honest approach is appreciated by owners, consultants, and trade contractors.
Earlier this year he also stepped into the role of Regional Partner for the Vancouver/Fraser Valley region together with business partners Peter Nielsen & Lyall Lepine.
Joyce Klaassen

Joyce Klaassen started her career in health care as a registered nurse in 2000 and completed 11 years in public and private health care. She has been an integral part of operational support in Alair Homes fulfilling roles in finance, HR, and Administration. She is detail oriented and her team appreciates her focus on organization with no loose ends.

Allison’s journey with Alair began as a client, where she quickly recognized the company’s values and commitment to excellence. Inspired by that experience, she later joined the Alair team as a Project Manager, bringing with her a deep passion for helping others, an eagerness to learn, and over 15 years of experience in healthcare IT. Today, she’s found the perfect balance working behind the scenes, providing vital support to the Alair team and contributing to their continued success.
