Bryan founded our legacy company, Cason Graye Homes, in 2004 and has been building new homes since 2000. He holds a BS in Economics from the University of Houston and is a Certified Graduate Builder and Graduate Master Builder. Bryan enjoys giving back to and collaborating with the building community. He serves on the board for the Custom Builders Council for the GHBA as well as the Education Committee. A native Houstonian (more specifically Bellaire and Meyerland), Bryan is a die-hard Astros fan and lovesthe occasional round of golf. Bryan confesses that the success of Cason Graye | Alair wouldn’t be possible without the support of his wife Myra and their three girls Colby, Sloane and Blake (our future Designers & Project Managers).

As a four-time client of Alair Homes, Hugh Forque brings a unique customer-first perspective to Alair Homes Galveston, backed by 30 years of professional services experience. A Galveston County native, Hugh became a Partner to elevate the quality, service, and experience of custom home building along the Gulf Coast.

Hugh and his family live in Bellaire, where he enjoys fishing for speckled trout, golfing, and exploring the outdoors. Passionate about giving back, he serves on CareerSpring’s Regional Board, helping low-income and first-generation college students transition into professional careers.

Jeff has been with Alair since 2013 and has expertise in project management, estimating and purchasing. Apart from spending four years at St. Edward’s University in Austin to get his Bachelor’s degree, he has lived in Houston his entire life. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, watching sports and playing golf.

Alison’s passion for design is inspired by the memories she has of visiting her father in Europe every summer. Born in France but raised as a true Texan, her travels inspire her to create homes that transport others and make them feel happy. With over 5 years of interior design experience, she knows how to make our clients building experience from start to finish memorable and as exciting as it should be. Alison finds the most rewarding part of her work is when she brings our client’s overall vision together and gets to see their reaction to their new home. Outside of work, you can find her exploring new places, walking her adorable yorkie named Louie, or creating new art pieces with her mom.
