Meet the Alair Casey Key Leadership Team

Raised in a family deeply rooted in the construction industry, I developed a passion for quality workmanship from a young age, gaining hands-on experience in various trades since I was 12. In 2011, I joined Northern Precision, where I quickly advanced to managing principal by 2014. Under my leadership, the company grew from generating $1 million to $3.5 million annually, driven by a strong commitment to excellence, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

As managing principal, I focused on expanding our services, streamlining operations, and maintaining a high standard of quality on every project. Now, as co-partner at Alair Casey Key, I am excited to bring my leadership experience and growth-oriented mindset to a new market. I look forward to building strong relationships with homeowners and continuing to provide exceptional service, quality, and transparency in every project we undertake.

With more than two decades of experience spanning high-end glasswork, custom homebuilding, and large-scale production projects, I bring a diverse skill set and an unwavering commitment to craftsmanship to every home we create. My career began 23 years ago in my father-in-law’s luxury glass shop, where I developed a meticulous eye for detail and quality. From there, I advanced through key roles as estimator and superintendent for a semi-custom builder and gained invaluable insight working with one of the nation’s largest production home companies.

In 2018, I joined Alair Sanibel as General Manager and soon earned the opportunity to become a Partner. Today, I am proud to help lead and collaborate across four Alair offices in Southwest Florida, where our teams deliver custom homes and transformative renovations defined by clear communication, transparent processes, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.

Growing up in a family that valued craftsmanship, I developed a passion for construction early on, starting my career 23 years ago in my father-in-law’s high-end glass shop. Over the years, I’ve gained valuable experience in various roles, including being an estimator, then superintendent for a semi-custom builder even working with one of the largest production builders in the country. This diverse background has shaped my approach to quality and customer satisfaction.

I joined Alair Sanibel in December 2018 as General Manager, then worked to become partner. In 2024, Matt, Tom and I co-opened the Alair Casey Key office, where we are bringing our shared commitment to quality and customer satisfaction to a new community. We focus on clear communication and setting expectations to build strong relationships with homeowners as we continue to grow in both markets.

I’m a Project Manager with over 12 years of experience in custom home remodeling and new custom home construction. My background includes managing everything from small bathroom renovations to large luxury custom homes. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Purdue University, I bring a strong combination of on-site technical expertise, client-focused service, and leadership to every project. I take pride in being meticulous and delivering a job well done, which makes me a strong fit for Alair Homes.

I started framing homes when I was 16 years old, working summers to save up for my first car. I grew up in Indiana and made the move to Florida in 1994 for the warm weather and new opportunities in construction. Over the years, I worked with the guys who now own our office, and after working on several projects together, they asked me to officially join the team. I’ve been with Alair since October 2024.

What I enjoy most is seeing the smile on our clients’ faces when we finish a project—there’s nothing better than knowing we delivered on what we promised. The feeling of accomplishment and the teamwork we have here is what makes every day rewarding.
