He focuses on creating opportunities that help clients achieve their dream homes while ensuring every experience feels personal and exceptional. Louis builds strong relationships with clients and partners, always looking for thoughtful ways to improve the process and deliver results that feel truly special. His passion for both quality work and a great experience sets the tone for everything the team does.

With more than 25 years of experience, Louis has spent his career helping homeowners make informed, confident decisions about their projects. He holds a B.A. in Hospitality Management from UW–Stout and believes hospitality and construction are deeply connected—both are about taking care of people and making them feel valued. Louis is widely recognized as a leader in the industry and has served in several roles within local and national organizations. When he’s not working with clients or mentoring his team, he loves spending time outdoors with his wife and their dog—often rock climbing, hiking, skiing, or fishing.

Jared Johnson

Director of Operations

Jared is the steady hand that keeps the entire team moving in the same direction. He focuses on turning big ideas into reality by aligning people, processes, and priorities so clients enjoy a seamless experience. Jared makes sure every part of the business works together—from the first conversation to the final walkthrough—so projects feel organized, clear, and well cared for. His goal is to create consistency and calm behind the scenes, giving clients confidence that their home is in capable hands.

With 25 years of residential construction experience, Jared brings a deep understanding of how great projects come together in the real world. Before joining Alair Milwaukee, he worked for several premier remodeling and construction companies and ran his own firm for several years, giving him a strong blend of hands-on and leadership experience. He now works closely with the team to strengthen systems, support clear communication, and keep everyone aligned around quality and accountability. Outside of work, Jared enjoys spending time with his family and playing and writing music.

Jayne Page

Senior Project Manager

Jayne is the leader who makes sure your project feels seamless from start to finish. She brings together the right people, plans, and resources so everything stays on track, on budget, and up to the highest standards. Jayne’s focus is on creating an experience where clients feel confident and cared for every step of the way. Her commitment to clear communication, thoughtful planning, and exceptional quality means your home will feel as good as it looks—during the process and long after it’s complete.

She holds two degrees from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee—a B.S. in History and a B.S. in Biology—which reflect her ability to understand complex information and think critically. That blend of curiosity and problem-solving helps her guide projects smoothly through every phase. Outside of work, Jayne loves spending time with her husband and son going for hikes, visiting museums, attending local events, baking, and tackling her own home improvement projects.

Morgan Konchar Riley

Project Operations Specialist

Morgan is the detail expert who keeps projects organized and running smoothly behind the scenes. She works closely with the project manager, trade partners, and clients to coordinate schedules, confirm details, and make sure everyone has the information they need. By managing communication, documents, and logistics from the office, Morgan helps the team stay ahead of the details so projects feel clear and under control. Her coordination allows project managers to focus on the big picture while clients enjoy a more relaxed, confident experience.

With 9 years of experience in custom home building and renovations, Morgan brings valuable insight into how great projects come together. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in 3D Design from the University of Iowa, giving her a strong eye for how spaces both look and live. Outside of work, Morgan enjoys yoga, being outdoors, exploring the city, attending music shows, and traveling. She loves sharing those experiences with her husband, family, and friends, which fuels her appreciation for thoughtfully designed spaces and meaningful moments at home.

Art Cartes

Project Site Manager

Art is the boots-on-the-ground leader who makes sure everything happening on-site meets our standards. He’s there every day to confirm that work is done correctly, on time, and with the level of quality our clients expect. Art keeps the job site organized and safe while staying in close communication with the rest of the team, so clients always know their project is in good hands. His steady presence and practical insight help turn plans and drawings into a finished home that feels even better than imagined.

With over 35 years of experience in residential construction, Art brings a deep, hands-on understanding of how great work gets done. A former master carpenter, skilled craftsman, and NARI Certified Lead Carpenter, he has worked in many facets of the industry, giving him the ability to spot issues early and guide trade partners toward the best solutions. Outside of work, Art loves spending time outdoors—especially hunting and fishing—which reflects his appreciation for the landscapes and communities where our clients build and remodel their homes.

Sam Londak

Business Coordinator

Sam is the go-to person for keeping everything organized behind the scenes. She helps both our client experience and our internal operations run smoothly by making sure the right information gets to the right people at the right time. Whether she’s coordinating details for new opportunities or helping keep our day-to-day systems on track, Sam’s focus is on creating a calm, clear, and dependable experience. Her knack for organization and communication helps make the entire process feel easier and more enjoyable for clients, partners, and the team.

With 5 years of experience in the custom home building and renovation industry and a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Illinois State University, Sam brings a valuable mix of practical know-how and people-focused skills to her work. She uses that background to support thoughtful planning, accurate information, and a consistently professional experience for everyone involved in a project. Outside of work, Sam loves to travel, spend time outdoors, learn new skills, and enjoy moments with family and friends—experiences that deepen her appreciation for creating homes where people truly love to live.

Jasmine Vandeneng

Marketing Assistant

Jasmine brings fresh energy and thoughtful detail to every way people experience the Alair Milwaukee brand. Working closely with our internal team and outside marketing partners, she makes sure they have the right information, images, and stories to clearly reflect the care we put into each project. Her focus is on helping clients feel informed, welcomed, and excited—long before and after they step into a finished space. By blending creativity with organization, Jasmine helps ensure that every touchpoint feels consistent, personal, and true to who we are.

A proud graduate of Northeast Wisconsin Technical College with a degree in Business Management and Marketing, Jasmine combines a strong understanding of business with a genuine passion for people. She balances her role at Alair with training as a competitive bodybuilder, bringing the same discipline and dedication to her work as she does to her personal goals. When it’s time to unwind, Jasmine enjoys gardening, relaxing with a good cup of tea, and getting lost in a good book.
