Kahle Steinmetz

Partner

Kahle Steinmetz has long been driven by a passion for design, construction, and creativity. His interest in the building industry began at a young age and continued to grow as he worked as a project manager in both commercial construction and high-end residential building, ultimately leading him to his current role as owner of Alair Homes Encinitas. Kahle’s professional journey began at The New School of Architecture in San Diego. From there, he built his career in the construction and design field, going on to supervise and project manage under some of San Diego’s most respected contractors. With more than twenty years of experience, Kahle has worked on an impressive range of projects, from 12,000+ square-foot estate homes in Rancho Santa Fe to surgical centers in medical buildings. This hands-on experience has shaped Kahle’s deep knowledge of construction techniques and given him a strong understanding of the most effective, efficient, and high-quality building practices. He opened his business in 2009, and it quickly grew through the strength of his reputation and the steady referral of satisfied clients.
